Common questions

I have forgotten my password. On the sign-in screen tap Forgotten your password?, enter the code we email you, and choose a new one.

I have been invited but I cannot see my team. Sign up with the same email address the coach invited. Your account is linked to your team, and to your child if you are a parent, automatically when you do.

How do I invite parents or another coach? On the Team tab: open a player and tap Invite them for their parent or guardian, or tap Invite a coach under Coaching staff.

How much does it cost? £5.99 a month per team after a free trial. One coach subscribes and everyone in the team uses the app at no extra cost.

How do I cancel the subscription? In your App Store or Google Play account's subscriptions. Cancelling keeps everything you have entered; the team can still read and delete it.

How do I delete my account? In the app, Settings → Delete my account. Or email us from the address you signed up with and we will delete it within 30 days.
